Do any of these hit home

Did You Know?
Every year, millions of women step into new relationships hoping things will be different — yet most find themselves repeating the same emotional patterns they were trying to escape.
Studies show that:
-
People often choose familiar patterns over healthy ones, even when those patterns cause pain.
-
Emotional exhaustion and single parenting significantly reduce a woman’s capacity to notice red flags early.
-
Over 70% of divorced or single mothers report feeling “unseen” or “emotionally unsupported” in past relationships.
-
And many admit they started settling long before they realized it was happening.
This isn’t because you’re “broken.”
It’s because your heart has been in survival mode for too long — and survival mode can’t build healthy relationships.
Why?
Because most divorced and single working moms:
-
Operate on autopilot, juggling work, kids, home, and emotional responsibilities alone.
-
Lose connection with their identity, making it harder to choose partners from a grounded place.
-
Ignore their needs, because they’re used to being the one who adapts, adjusts, and holds everything together.
-
Carry old emotional wounds that show up as overgiving, shrinking, or staying in relationships longer than they should.
-
Feel guilty for wanting more, so they settle for “bare minimum” love or confusion disguised as connection.
And without support, these patterns feel normal — even when they’re quietly hurting you.
However,
You’re not lacking love.
You’re lacking emotional safety, identity grounding, and healthy relational tools that no one ever taught you.
You’re not looking for a fantasy —
you’re looking for connection that feels peaceful, mutual, and safe.
You want a relationship where:
-
You don’t have to shrink.
-
You don’t have to over-explain.
-
You don’t have to prove your worth.
-
And you don’t have to be the strong one all the time.
With the right support, you can break old patterns, rebuild your identity, and enter relationships that honor the woman you are becoming — not the one you were surviving as.
This isn’t about rushing into love.
It’s about healing forward so you can choose love from a place of clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.
What's Most Powerful Is That
You'll Come In Feeling Overwhelmed... But You'll Leave With:
The Ability to Choose Healthy Love From a Place of Confidence, Not Fear
You’ll stop second-guessing your worth, your voice, and your ability to choose a partner who honors you.

Clarity on Your Patterns — and Power to Break Them
You won’t keep attracting the same type of partner, argument, or emotional dynamic over and over.
You’ll finally understand why it happens and how to stop repeating it, so your next relationship can be actually healthy — not just familiar.
A Renewed Connection to God, Yourself, and Your Future
Your spirit will feel lighter.
Your decisions will feel clearer.
Your future will feel possible again.
You’ll leave knowing you’re not just rebuilding your life —
you’re stepping into the version of yourself you were always meant to be.

No more spiraling. No more carrying everything alone.
You’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, calm your nervous system, and respond instead of reacting — so your days feel lighter, your parenting feels easier, and your relationships become healthier.
A Stronger Identity That Isn’t Defined by Work, Motherhood, or Past Relationships
You’ll rediscover the parts of you that got buried under stress, heartbreak, and responsibility.
You’ll know who you are, what you believe, and what you deserve, and you’ll operate from that place every single day.
Tools to Navigate Dating, Co-Parenting, and Love With Emotional Maturity
Whether you’re entering a new relationship or strengthening the one you’re in, you’ll learn how to communicate your needs clearly, express yourself without fear, and maintain emotional balance during conflict or confusion.

What You Will Walk Away With
This 6-week journey is designed to meet you where you are — and gently guide you toward who you’re becoming.
WEEK 1 — E: EXPLORE YOUR TRUTH
Awareness, honesty, grounding
You’ll slow down long enough to hear yourself again. This week helps you identify where you truly are emotionally, what has been draining you, and where your life feels misaligned. You’ll begin separating who you are from the roles you’ve been carrying, creating a grounded foundation for healing and clarity.
WEEK 2 — S: SEE YOUR PATTERNS
Understanding, insight, compassion
You’ll uncover the emotional habits, beliefs, and survival patterns that have kept you stuck — without shame or self-blame. This is where things start to make sense. You’ll finally understand why you feel the way you do and why certain cycles keep repeating in your life and relationships.
WEEK 3 — S: SHIFT YOUR NARRATIVE
Empowerment, voice, self-trust
This week focuses on rewriting the internal story that’s been quietly working against you. You’ll challenge old thoughts like “I’m failing” or “I’m doing this alone” and begin building a new narrative rooted in confidence, self-trust, and possibility. Hope starts to feel real again.
WEEK 4 — E: EMBODY YOUR STRENGTH
Confidence, boundaries, resilience
You’ll move from insight into action. This week helps you practice emotional regulation, set boundaries that protect your peace, and trust yourself in real-life situations. You’ll start responding instead of reacting — feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control of your choices.
WEEK 5 — N: NURTURE YOUR BECOMING
Self-care, compassion, sustainability
You’ll learn how to care for yourself without guilt. This week redefines self-care in a way that fits your real life as a busy working mother. You’ll create rhythms that support your energy, build emotional support systems, and feel replenished instead of constantly depleted.
WEEK 6 — C/E: CREATE & EMERGE
Integration, clarity, renewal
Everything comes together here. You’ll integrate what you’ve learned, create a clear 30-day forward plan, and step into the woman you’re becoming with confidence. You’ll leave feeling grounded, empowered, and clear about who you are — and how you want to move forward.
Meet Coach Dreama

My name is Dreama Chambers, founder of Thriving with Coach Dreama LLC. I know firsthand what it feels like to be a full-time working mother navigating divorce, unhealthy relationships, and emotional exhaustion while trying to hold everything together for everyone else. During one of the hardest seasons of my life, I lost connection with who I was at my core. I was overwhelmed, unheard, and deeply drained, yet determined not to stay there.
That journey is what led me here.
Today, I support divorced and single working mothers who feel emotionally unsupported and disconnected from themselves. Women who are strong, capable, and giving, but tired of repeating the same relationship patterns and carrying the weight alone. Through my coaching, I help women rebuild their identity, restore their confidence, and create emotional safety so they can enter new relationships or strengthen existing ones, without bringing old wounds into their future.
My approach is nurturing, practical, and grounded in real life. I honor the demands of motherhood, work, and healing, while helping you gain clarity, set healthy boundaries, and choose relationships that are rooted in mutual respect and emotional presence. This is a space where you don’t have to rush, perform, or pretend; you get to be supported as you rebuild.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and begin creating a healthier, more grounded future for yourself and your children, I invite you to take the next step and connect with me below.
